Our rental prices are for 1 day and 1 set up location only. Our design team will deliver and set up the rentals for you for a delivery fee, OR you can opt for self pick-up/set-up. All rentals are due back to one of our locations by 11am the following Monday.

YES! You can pick any items you would like from any collection.

A nonrefundable retainer of 50% of the total rental cost is due within 10 days of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.

At Light & Joy we want to make sure your event is as stress-free as possible! We offer delivery and set-up of the Rental Items for a flat fee of $250 within a 30-mile radius of Findlay, Ohio, or Forest, Ohio.

Cancellations must be written, and the retainer fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel 14 days or less before the event, you will still be responsible for the full rental amount.

Yes, you can reschedule the rental items once at no additional charge if the new date is available. If the new date is unavailable, the postponement will be treated as a cancellation.

If you opt for self pick up/return, rental items must be returned by 11:00 AM the Monday following the event. A late fee of $200 will apply, plus an additional $50 per day for each day the items are not returned.

The client is responsible for all Rental Items from the time of delivery (or pickup) until their return. Charges for damages, stains, alterations, or missing items will be charged to the collected C/C, if applicable. OUR FLORALS ARE NOT TO BE MOVED BY ANYONE BUT L&J EMPLOYEES. A Credit Card on File Authorization Form must be completed prior to your event.

Changes can be made up to 10 days before the event date. No deletions are accepted within 10 days of the event. Additions must be made by placing a new order and have it approved.

Yes, the client agrees to maintain any necessary event or liability insurance as required by their venue or event type.

It's recommended to book rental items at least 60 days before your event. Provider cannot guarantee availability for bookings made less than 60 days prior.

We do offer a few items that can be customized. If you'd like to incorporate specific colors into your selected arrangements, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and will do our best to accommodate your vision. Not all collections are capable of customization.

We request a minimum rental budget of $300 for any location that is OVER 30 miles from Findlay, OH or Forest, OH. There is no minimum order for self pick-up.
